Deemah Ramadan, CEO of DBG Construction, will be our speaker in February. Deemah will share her entrepreneurial journey and the lessons she has learned. She will talk about setting boundaries related to pursuing your passion, becoming more effective in the workplace and at home, and finding time for self care.
About Deemah Ramadan
Deemah Ramadan is an innovator, leader, and entrepreneur. She is CEO and co-founder of DBG Construction. Through her role at DBG, she uses her unique ability to integrate corporate culture and branding into construction management and design-build projects.
Ramadan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from Oklahoma State University and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. Driven to further her education, she completed Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Business Entrepreneurship program, and the Tuck Business School Executive program at Dartmouth while also obtaining a professional license in interior design and certification in construction management.
Deemah embraces the Desmond Tutu teaching, “Do your little bit of good where you are; it’s those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world.” She is on the Oklahoma Committee for 2020 Women on Boards, a member of the Oklahoma Governor’s Minority Business Council, and a mentor to startup entrepreneurs through StitchCrew and OKEMP. Deemah is also active in OKC Junior League, Rotary Club 29, and serves on the Board with Heartline.
