Eric Weisgarber, owner of Allegiant Marketing Group, is our speaker for September. Eric will present to you the “before and after” picture of operating an organization with and without business principles.
In this talk, he uses his own company as the case study for how a business became temporarily successful and nearly failed before learning and applying the dependable business principles needed to turn his business around and turn it into the long-term success it is today. The purpose of his talk is to humbly share his story and those principles in a way that benefits the listeners with information they may apply to reach their own business goals.
About Eric Weisgarber
Eric was born and raised in Massillon, Ohio, attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a BA in Aviation Management. Eric has been known in his family by his work ethic and love for God, family and business.
Eric began working at the age of 12 for two years with a local newspaper route before learning how to add value and earn a more significant income until college at his Uncle’s Family Farm, which has been in his family since the U.S. Civil War. He worked odd jobs throughout college and launched his career working in business start-ups for an investment group in Ohio shortly thereafter. He moved from coast to coast following that career path until developing roots in Oklahoma City in 2001.
Eric is happily married to Sarah Fleming Weisgarber, a native Oklahoman, and they have been blessed with two children, Jack and Beau. When not with his family or at the office, you may find Eric participating in one of many Christian based organizations.

Established in 2000 as a list brokerage firm, the organization evolved into a full service direct marketing company dedicated to providing innovative marketing lead generation that converts into new sales revenues for its clients.
