Mike Springer with PSC Group, LLC is our speaker for May.
Mike is a career business development and management professional who thrives on helping organizations exploit today’s technology to improve business processes. Focusing primarily on customer acquisition and retention roles within organizations, Mike leverages familiar Microsoft tools to provide convenient access to actionable information, while making teams more effective through collaboration.
Mike joined PSC Group in 2008 to help build PSC’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM practice. Since that time, Mike has played a key role in escalating PSC to become a nationally recognized Microsoft partner that has been named to the prestigious President’s Club for Microsoft Dynamics three times. Married 32 years and a father of four children and two grandchildren, Mike volunteers his time to help bring purified water to under developed countries through Agua Viva International. He serves as the resident “tech person” for this all volunteer led non-profit, and has participated on 5 project trips to the country of Guatemala.
About Mike’s talk
People’s eyes will sometimes glaze over when the acronym CRM is mentioned, usually because of a prior, bad experience with the software category. Mike will discuss how to effectively balance the benefits of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software between the two primary user groups-managers and producers. What are the best practices of how to take into account management’s need for information, while simultaneously crafting value for the everyday user? Hear real-life stories of companies that have been both successful and unsuccessful- and what the differences were between them.
