About Richard

Mr. Greenly is currently president of Pumps of Oklahoma, a wholesale distributor and manufacturer of water well drilling, pumping and treatment equipment, industrial wastewater pumping and treatment supplies, environmental monitoring and remediation supplies and oil and gas pumping equipment.

Mr. Greenly is a geologist with over 32 years of experience in oil and gas, water/wastewater and industrial pumping and treatment. He and his wife Terri started Water4 in 2008. Since its inception Water4 has provided a clean water supply to over 500,000 people. The goal for Water4 is to eradicate the world’s water crisis for the bottom billion.

About Water4

We’re putting the solution in the hands of the people. Water4 has developed a highly effective manual drilling system capable of reaching the previously unreachable.

We use a business-based approach in order to provide a sustainable solution to the world water crisis. Water4 exists to train, equip and support nationals to drill their own water wells, and helps to set them up in business doing well drilling, repair or pump manufacturing.

It is our desire that trained teams of nationals will adopt our system as their own, and will continue drilling multiple wells in one community for the eventual eradication of water problems region by region. Where there are multiple wells in a community there are fewer people using each individual well which results in less wear and tear on the pump, less time spent waiting for water, and if one pump breaks, no one has to return to a contaminated water source.
