Dr. Rick Kopke, MD, CEO of Hough Ear Institute, will be our speaker in November. Rick will be sharing the story of building Hough Ear Institute to what it is today.
About Dr. Rick Kopke, MD
Dr. Kopke devotes time to research at the Hough Ear Institute. He and the HEI team are working on potential treatments and cures for sensorineural loss and balance problems. At present, their research efforts include regeneration of hair cells in the inner ear, which could someday eliminate the need for hearing aids. HEI is also studying novel approaches for delivery of therapeutic genes and medicines to the inner ear using magnetic nanoparticles.
