Sandler Training of Oklahoma

Very happy to have recently joined Sandler Training of Oklahoma as their Operations Manager. I am eager to meet other professionals throughout Oklahoma and share with them the power of the training and education that Sandler provides.

My previous experience includes working with non-profit organizations to focus on becoming forward-thinking organizations. I specialized in strategic planning and change management to address short-comings in leadership, support daily operations, enhance marketing, increase brand awareness, and promote a strong community bond.

For three years prior to moving to Oklahoma, I was CEO of Anderson & Associates, a family business since 1974. Continuing as a third generation business, we provided wholesale contract office furniture and installation.

For most of my professional career, I've been a private consultant specializing in marketing, media planning, public relations, and non-profit management. I'm always busy as you can imagine with so much going on, but I'm also always ready to adapt and overcome any challenges presented. I hope to use this experience in my new role. I am very excited about joining Sandler Training of Oklahoma and eager to continue my journey.
