About Brad Willis

Brad Willis is a seasoned business professional with a rich career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Vice President of Community & Client Relations and Business Development Officer at First Fidelity Bank since January 2022, he is based in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area. Brad’s role at First Fidelity Bank marks a significant transition in his career, reflecting his commitment to building relationships founded on trust and respect. Prior to joining First Fidelity Bank, Brad had a successful 30-year tenure at Farmers Insurance. His journey with Farmers Insurance encompassed 19 years in corporate roles, including claims management, underwriting, and customer service. This experience allowed him to contribute to developing new systems and departments, showcasing his ability to adapt and innovate.

In the latter part of his career at Farmers Insurance, Brad established his own agency in the Greater Oklahoma City metropolitan area. Over 11 years, he developed a thriving agency by focusing on customer education, team development, and fostering trust-based relationships. His agency’s success was a testament to his leadership and commitment to service. Deciding to retire and sell his agency in December 2020, Brad left a lasting impact on the industry, his company, the community, his team, and his customers. Despite his temporary retirement, he remained engaged with the community and business world, actively seeking new ventures and opportunities.

Brad is also a dedicated volunteer, having contributed to various local organizations, including the Edmond Area Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber, where he has been involved since 2010 and 2012, respectively. His commitment extends to youth soccer coaching and leadership in the Boy Scouts of America, underlining his dedication to community service. And none of it would be possible without the unwavering support of his wife, Dotty.

Brad Willis’s career is a blend of professional excellence and community involvement, exemplifying a deep commitment to both business success and social responsibility.
