About David Morris
As President & COO, David Morris leads NeoInsulation’s business operations, including sales, field operations, and manufacturing. Under his leadership, the company has evolved from a niche product provider into a top-tier manufacturer and field service organization.
David’s career with NeoInsulation began as a consultant focused on process improvement initiatives. He officially joined the team in August 2018 and brings expertise in operations, sales, supply chain management, HSE, leadership development, and more. His well-rounded background gives him a unique ability to connect strategy to execution across all business functions.
Before NeoInsulation, David was Vice President – Strategy at JM2 Capital, where he led the firm’s business growth and process improvement practice. He has worked across multiple industries to help clients build actionable growth plans and drive accountability.
