About Dr. Tim Young
Dr. Tim Young is a chiropractor, educator, and speaker dedicated to advancing the chiropractic profession and helping practitioners build deeper connections with their patients and communities. He is the Founder and Past President of the Oklahoma Chiropractors’ Association, as well as the Founder and President of the National Chiropractic Seminar, Focus OKC, and Focus Foundations.
Through his Focus Chiropractic Mastery program, Dr. Young travels internationally teaching chiropractors specific adjusting techniques while emphasizing the importance of authentic patient connection and service.
Dr. Young is passionate about serving his community, his patients, and the chiropractic profession with love, compassion, and gratitude, and he continues to mentor and equip chiropractors around the world to lead with both excellence and purpose.

Focus Foundations Chiropractic Coaching was created to help chiropractors strengthen their practices, sharpen their clinical skills, and deepen their connection with patients and the chiropractic profession. Founded by Dr. Tim Young, the program equips doctors with practical tools and mentorship designed to build confident, purpose-driven practices.
