Kate Prieto is the co-owner of Familia Heat & Air, a Hispanic and Veteran-Owned HVAC company serving Central Oklahoma. An Air Force veteran who served at Tinker AFB, Kate brings over a decade of leadership and operations experience to the business, blending military discipline with hands-on industry know-how to deliver top-quality heating and cooling solutions at fair prices, With a career that spans guiding mission-critical teams in the Air Force and driving customer-focused initiatives in HVAC, Kate’s passion for community-first entrepreneurship was ignited by her service at Tinker and forged into action through the founding of Familia Heat & Air.

For the past several years, Kate has translated her commitment to service into building a company that feels like family—both for employees and the customers they serve.
