About Leland Meiser

Leland Meiser is the President of Dolese Bros. Co., bringing over 34 years of experience in the aggregates and construction industry. During his tenure, he has held key leadership roles, including overseeing the company’s expansion into new markets and enhancing its concrete and aggregates operations.

Meiser also serves as chair of the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association’s Meetings & Events Committee, emphasizing leadership development and innovation. Recognized for his contributions, he has received industry honors and continues to drive growth and excellence at Dolese Bros. Co.
