Michelle & Connor Niebrugge, with Five Rings Financial OKC, will be our speakers for January. They will share their story of starting and building a business focused on others.

Alyssa Weathers-Murphy with Siren Media will be our speaker for February. She will share her story of breaking out of the corporate world to start her own media company.

Brad Willis with First Fidelity Bank will be our speaker for March. He will share his journey from the corporate world to building and selling his own insurance agency to starting a new career in banking.

Jeff Morefield, founder and executive director of the On Call Project, will be our speaker for April. He will share his story of starting a non-profit focused on First Responders after 20+ years in law enforcement.

Chris Hoyle, Chief Marketing Officer at Simple Modern, will be our speaker for May. He will share the story of starting and growing Simple Modern into the company it is today.

Connor Quinn with Connor Quinn Voices LLC, will be our speaker for June. He will share the story of starting and growing a unique entertainment business focusing on voiceover work, speaking, and magic.

Tom Vaught with Victory Commercial Real Estate will be our speaker for July. He will share the story of starting and growing a commercial real estate firm from scratch.

Kathy Cullen, CFO of the Oklahoma City Innovation District, will be our speaker for August. She will share the history and growth of OKC’s Innovation District.

David Mattson, Executive Chairman of Sandler, will be our speaker for September. He will share how he took over the organization from the original founder, David Sandler, and grew it into the well-respected international organization it is today.

Gunnar Hood, president of WSI-Summit, will be our speaker for October. In this educational session, Gunnar will share how to use technology to attract and retain top talent.

Lori Basey with No Boundaries International will be our speaker for November. She will share the story of starting and growing an international nonprofit organization based in Oklahoma.

Mike Crandall, owner of Sandler Custom Growth Solutions, will be our speaker for January. As he celebrates 15 years in business in 2025, he will 15 lessons he's learned in 15 years of being a success coach for leadership, management, and sales development.
