I co-founded Provision Concepts with Aaron Soward, and we do a lot to run our business. As the company has grown, one thing has become abundantly clear: We can’t do it all ourselves. We shouldn’t do it ourselves. And if we try to do it ourselves, we’ll run ourselves into the ground.

For most people who want to start a business, the idea of starting big is scary. I think that’s completely backwards. In fact, I believe starting big is less risky than starting small.
